MALFUNCTIONING CROCKPOT
THE USE OF THIS ITEM IS NONE. I BIUGHT THIS ITEM IN AUGUST AND IT DOES NOT HEAT UP NOW IN MARCH. LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. NOT USED THAT MUCH. BUT IT DOESN'T HEAT UP NOW. . I TRIED TO USE IT, BUT DIDN'T REALIZE THAT IT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING UNTIL ONY A HOUR LEFT BEFORE DINNER. HAD TO QUICKLY COOK THE ROASTIN THE OVEN.

what a deal its great
was on sale for such a price i figured i will give it a try. let me tell you it works great. it holds enough for a family of four easily. easy to clean and the timer function is the best. highly recommend

Never reaches boiling point
This did not heat my soup to boiling point, I tried to set it on stove and then move to the pot.

used product bought in store
Unfortunately, the one I bought in-store was used and repackaged. When I opened it at home I was able to see it was not only used but had not been cleaned. My experience in the store was great and I do not blame the staff as it is impossible to have seen this from the box but I did reorder online and will return the used one in-store
